Joel is a sales representative with Century 21 Lanthorn Real Estate ltd. in Belleville, Ontario. He has extensive knowledge and training in residential resale, condominium resale, as well as new home sales and real estate as an investment.

Joel has studied at Carleton University, Algonquin College and has completed the licensing education for Real Estate professionals through the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA). Joel is also a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO), and the Quinte and District Real Estate Board (QDREB).
